また、試合中の視点はさまざまなアングルに変更可能となっております。
初期状態では、選手の目線に近い「プレイヤー視点」に設定されており、間合いを読んで、相手守備陣を突破したり、
選手の視点でスペースを見つけて展開する爽快感が味わえるので、選手のような熱い気持ちでゲームをプレーできます。
他機種版の「ウイニングイレブン」のような横からの視点でも、奥行き感が強調され、
テレビ観戦ではなく、スタジアムにいるような臨場感を感じることができます。

【すれちがい対戦】
選手の育成や移籍などで、クラブを強化して、理想のチームを目指す「マスターリーグ」モード。
ウイニングイレブン 3DSoccerでは、これまでのクラブ運営に加え、すれちがい通信によるマイチームの自動データ対戦が可能に。
街中や電車の中など、さまざまな場所で他のニンテンドー3DS本体を探して、自動的に自分のチームデータと対戦がおこなわれます。
すれちがい通信の勝率を上げることにより「すれちがいランク」が変化。
最上位ランクに上がれば、欧州最高峰リーグである「UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE」の称号を手に入れることができます。
また、すれちがい通信を繰り返すことで、隠し選手やチームも入手可能。

【ワイヤレス対戦】
ワイヤレスによる1対1の対戦にも対応。
近くの友達同士、気軽にプレーすることができます。
